A curated page for resources that support the wider conversation around mental health, wellbeing, self-understanding and talking earlier.

Resources That Support The Conversation

This page is not here to replace professional support. It is here to collect useful resources, people, ideas and organisations that sit alongside the message of this project: talk earlier, understand yourself better and do not wait until things reach breaking point.

Why Louise's Work Fits Here

A lot of my own journey has involved noticing patterns I had lived with for years without fully understanding them. Overthinking, people pleasing, masking, burnout, uncertainty, emotional pressure and the gap between how life looks from the outside and how it feels on the inside.

That is why Louise's work feels like a natural resource to include here. The Science of Wellbeing explores the kinds of thoughts, behaviours and emotional patterns that many people recognise in themselves but struggle to put into words. Her book, Before I Forget..., sits in that same space: a practical handbook for noticing the patterns that shape how we think, feel and respond to the world.

My story is one lived example. Resources like this can help people begin reflecting on their own.

A Gentle Reminder

If you are in immediate danger or feel unable to keep yourself safe, please contact emergency services or a crisis support line.

This project is about advocacy, storytelling and connection. It is not a replacement for therapy, medical advice or crisis support.
