Your story
might help someone
feel less alone.
If my story has made you think about your own, this is an invitation to start a conversation and, if it feels right, share your journey as part of the wider project.
Join The Conversation
My story is only one story. The more I have spoken openly about mental health, grief, autism, burnout and rebuilding, the more I have realised that almost everyone is carrying something. This page is for people who feel ready to share part of their own journey.
You do not need a dramatic story for it to be worth sharing. Sometimes the most powerful stories are the honest ones.
You decide what is included, what is removed and whether your story is shared with your name, first name only or anonymously.
If writing everything from scratch feels difficult, I can help turn your reflections into a simple webpage that feels true to you.
How It Works
What This Is — And What It Isn't
This is an invitation to share lived experience. It is not therapy, crisis support or professional counselling. It is a way of turning honest personal stories into something that might help someone else feel less alone.
You might want to talk about grief, anxiety, depression, burnout, autism, ADHD, loneliness, recovery, friendship, identity, relationships, men’s mental health or simply a period of life that changed you. The subject matters less than the honesty behind it.
The aim is not to create perfect stories. It is to create human ones. Stories that say: this happened, this is how it felt, this is what I learned, and this is why talking matters.
