Who are we?

Read below, to discover who we are and what we can do for you...

Who we are and how we "tick"

The team here are first and fore-most petrolheads. With a love for everything automotive we decided to merge our hobbies with our expertise in Information Technology. Many businesses in the Automotive sector, especially those in the events industry are generally very small businesses and have expertise at what they do. But they do not have the expertise and usually the budgets to compete with the bigger "enterprise" competition.

This is where we come in...whilst as business we need to make money to survive, where we differ is that we want to collaborate with your small business and develop solutions that not only you will benefit from, but also other small businesses in the same industry. We want to share the love!

By collaborating we can build Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions which can be used by each business for a vastly reduced cost, rather than building bespoke software which is specific to your business (of course we can do that, but at a greater expense!).

What do we ask from you?

  • What are your pain points?
  • Do you have a lot of manual steps in your process that could be Automated?
  • Are you using multiple online "tools" - but having to duplicate work?
  • Are you managing your information "offline" e.g. on Paper, Excel Spreadsheets etc?
What do we do with that Information?

  • Step 1: We work with you to Identify an objective
    • How can we enhance your customer experience?
    • Can we create a more efficient and cost-effective operation with the adoption of new technology and processes?
  • Step 2: We focus on your needs to leverage the right tools to increase customer value
  • Step 3: We work with you to establish new processes
    • Your 'business as usual' approach may not coordinate with your digital transformation initiative. As such, creating and adopting new processes can help your organization succeed..
  • Step 4: Choose the technology wisely
    • Work to standardise processes and workflows common to the industry, rather than bespoke and harder to maintain.
    • Discuss options to understand time & cost to make better-informed decisions.
  • Step 5: Execute our plan
    • We've worked out what we want to achieve and how, lets now put the plan into motion.
    • We will execute the plan in digestible chunks, so we can make continuous and significant improvement on a regular basis.
  • Step 6: Allow space for agility
    • As we start to test & use functionality we need to consider is it meeting our goals or is there an oppourtunity to make it better, as we deepen our knowledge we can reflect & adjust.
  • Take your time!
    • Digital transformation is a journey, not a race.
